My recent stay at Umino Hotel Hajime was absolutely delightful. I was visiting Oita for a relaxing getaway and stayed at the hotel for three nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were quick to assist with our luggage and the room key was ready as soon as we stepped inside. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful sea view. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and the private onsen was a perfect way to unwind. The staff's sincere and attentive service, despite the language barrier, truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and stunning views.
